  1. These day, weight is a important problem for girls, and lose 10 pounds in two day is a very hard work. In my opinion, lost 10 pounds in two day we should do this. First, have a great determent to lose 10 pounds. Second, have Lemon water instead of water. Third, stop to eat junk food. Forth, do the exercises. Fifth, don't eat the amylum food, meat, and instead it to vegetable and fruit. The last but not least, no matter what happen, don't change the plan.

  2. Most of girls also want to become thin, if I can lose 10 pounds in two days, it will make me very crazy. I think first, I should throw my all snacks such as cookies, chocolates and potato chips. Because eating a large number of snacks can make me corpulent. Second, I shouldn’t eat every food so far as to eat fruits and vegetables. Third, I should do many exercises. Running, jumping and dancing can help me lose weigh. Finally, maybe I can lost 10 pounds, but I think it’s very difficult.

  3. Maybe you think you can not do it in two days. But I have some good ideas, and it maybe can help you. First, you can not eat anything in this period. Don't worry, you will not dead. You can drink water, and not juice or milk. Second, you need run ten kilometers every morning and afternoon. Attention, you must jogging. Then you can jump rope 3000 every morning and afternoon. As you must burn your fat, you have to do it. Finally, after you finish these tasks. Don't sleep. Just walk. These are my suggestion, but I need to remind you. If you don't do any exercise in peacetime, don't try it. It's very dangerous!

Statistics show that main reason for obesity is due to eating a lot of fast food and soft beverages as well. Finally, don't sleep exactly after eating a meal. This bad habit will cause you to be fat. The best thing to do is to walk at lest 15 minutes after eating. In conclusion, losing such 10 pounds in just two days look to be strange and impossible, but it is would be a fact that you can lose more when following such a good nutrition program and having strong intention to do so.

Step3, you can have some fruit for lunch. Next, you play any sports with your friends. Step5, you go to bed early whenever you aren’t sleepy. For example, the CSUF has a completed fitness club prepared with special equipment to lose your weight. Second, eat the half of the meal which you used to eat usually. For instance, if you eat a full dish of salad, within diet in two days on half of the dish. Third, you have to depend on salads and soups. For example, make your dinner a small dish of salads. Finally, all these steps are helpful to lose 10 pounds in two days.

For example,go swimming 1 hour you would burn 500 more calories, you should lose about 1 pounds.Second you need calculate how many times you should do exercise in one day.Third,you must make a plan,and carry out it.
